Our Vision The vision of Labrador-Grenfell Health is of healthy people living in healthy communities. Our Mission By 2011, Labrador-Grenfell Health will, within available resources, have improved accessibility to appropriate health care services to better meet the needs of people within the region. Our Values Collaboration Each person actively engages others to enhance partnerships and promote teamwork. Compassion Each person demonstrates concern for client and staff well-being. Innovation Each person is encouraged to develop and implement new ideas based on research and evidence to address the unique and diverse health needs within this northern region.
