LHC Admission Procedures

When coming to the hospital for admission, please bring the following with you:

• MCP number
• Medications you are currently taking
• Nightgowns or pajamas
• Robe and slippers
• Personal toiletries such as combs, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit
• Special equipment that you use such as a cane, hearing aid, etc
• Please do not bring large amounts of cash, expensive jewelry or clothing.
