Labrador-Grenfell Health believes that client feedback is very important. We encourage our clients to share their compliments, concerns and complaints with us. If you are not satisfied with the care provided, we welcome your comments and suggestions.
Clients are encouraged to submit their complaints in writing whenever possible. A Client and/or Visitor Complaint and Compliment Form is available from the nurse or Nursing Coordinator on your unit and should be forwarded to the facility where services were provided or to the manager/supervisor directly responsible for that service area/department.
If you are not satisfied with the consideration given your complaint, then we ask you to bring it to the Chief Operating Officer.
Complaints and concerns will be responded to courteously, professionally and in a timely manner.
All compliments will be shared with applicable employees/departments and shared throughout the organization.
You may also wish to provide feedback to us through a variety of questionnaires and forms that are available in different service areas.
