Labrador-Grenfell Health believes that client feedback is very important. We encourage our clients to share their views and opinions with us. There are two avenues to provide input:
Client Experience Surveys
Labrador-Grenfell Health launched Client Experience Surveys in May, 2016, to gather direct feedback from patients on their experiences with healthcare programs and services. Please Tell Us! is part of the ongoing efforts to provide the best possible health care services to the people of Northern Newfoundland and Labrador. Complaints and Compliments
We understand there are times when feedback through a client experience experience is not enough. If you are not satisfied with the care provided, we welcome your comments and suggestions.
Clients are encouraged to submit their complaints in writing whenever possible. A Client and/or Visitor Complaint and Compliment Form is available from the nurse or Nursing Coordinator on your unit and should be forwarded to the facility where services were provided or to the manager/supervisor directly responsible for that service area/department.
If you are not satisfied with the consideration given your complaint, then we ask you to bring it to the Chief Operating Officer.
Complaints and concerns will be responded to courteously, professionally and in a timely manner. All compliments will be shared with applicable employees/departments and shared throughout the organization.
Information received through Client Experience Surveys and Complaints and Compliments is used by Labrador-Grenfell Health to identify opportunities where we can improve. Thank you for your valued input.
