Public Notice – December 28, 2021
Labrador-Grenfell Health is advising the public of current COVID-19 restrictions operating at all Labrador-Grenfell Health facilities.
For individuals presenting for an appointment or routine service:
- If you have any one or more symptom(s) of COVID-19, please do not enter a health care facility.
- Please stay home.
- Call ahead to cancel/reschedule your appointment.
- Complete an online assessment or call 8-1-1.
For individuals presenting to an Emergency Department:
- If you do not have a medical emergency and have any one or more symptom(s) of COVID-19, please do not enter a health care facility.
- Please stay home.
- Complete an online assessment or call 8-1-1.
For all individuals presenting at a Labrador-Grenfell Health facility:
- All individuals will be screened for COVID-19.
- Please wash/ sanitize your hands thoroughly before entering and leaving the facility.
- Apply a mask at point of entry into the facility and wear this mask for the duration of visit.
- Comply with any other instructions from staff.
