Feedback from our clients, patients, residents and families is important to ensuring the care and services provided by Labrador-Grenfell Health continues to provide safe quality care to the population we serve. 

We seek feedback in a variety of ways including at the time of care and to care/service providers as well as following a visit to a Labrador-Grenfell Health facility or after receiving a Labrador-Grenfell Health service.

At Labrador-Grenfell Health, we welcome your feedback and we ensure that every concern is taken seriously.

Our office makes every effort to respond to all feedback within three business days.

Feedback can be in the form of a compliment, a comment or a concern.

If you have feedback to share, please take the following steps:

  1. Express your feedback to the person who is providing the service or ask to speak with the area’s manager or supervisor.
  2. If you are not satisfied and require further assistance, please contact the Patient Safety and Quality department.

Client Experience Surveys (Please Tell Us!)

We strive each day to listen to our patients and act on what they tell us. This information has a direct impact on our ability to provide quality care.

The Labrador-Grenfell Health Client Experience Survey (Please Tell Us!) provides feedback on the experiences of our clients across the care and services we provide across the region.

A few of these key areas include:

Labrador-Grenfell Health launched Client Experience Surveys in May, 2016, to gather direct feedback from patients on their experiences with healthcare programs and services. Please Tell Us! is part of the ongoing efforts to provide the best possible health care services to the people of  the Northern Peninsula and Labrador.
