At Labrador-Grenfell Health, we welcome your feedback and we ensure that every concern or complain is taken seriously.
Our office makes every effort to respond to all feedback within three business days.
Feedback can be in the form of a compliment, a comment or a complaint.

- Express your feedback to the person who is providing the service or ask to speak with the area’s manager or supervisor.

Client Experience Surveys
We strive each day to listen to our patients and act on what they tell us. This information has a direct impact on our ability to provide quality care. Labrador-Grenfell Health recently initiated an electronic Client Experience Survey and will share results here when information becomes available. Here are a few of the key areas we are looking at:
· overall satisfaction
· feeling involved in decisions
· discharge planning
· courtesy and respect
Labrador-Grenfell Health launched Client Experience Surveys in May, 2016, to gather direct feedback from patients on their experiences with healthcare programs and services.
