COVID-19 testing offered in Roddickton- Bide Arm

Public Notice – September 5, 2021

Labrador-Grenfell Health is advising the public that following today’s provincial advisory and concerns in the Roddickton- Bide Arm area, COVID-19 testing clinics for residents of the community will be as follows:

  • Monday, September 6

White Bay Central Health Centre

9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

No appointment necessary

Anyone who wishes to receive testing can attend the clinic, even if you are asymptomatic or have even just one symptom.

If you have been contacted by Public Health to get a test, please identify this upon arrival to the clinic.

Everyone is reminded to follow public health measures. Residents are encouraged to practice good hand hygiene, wear a mask, stay home when sick and support employees to do the same, and follow provincial public health requirements and recommendations.

Labrador-Grenfell Health continues to provide COVID-19 vaccine clinics and encourage the public to receive their first and second doses. Please visit www.lghealth.ca/vaccine to find a clinic in your area. Although COVID-19 may occur in the Labrador-Grenfell Health region, high vaccination coverage will help protect individuals and communities.
