Call for support and information if you have been impacted by sexual violence. The crisis line is province-wide, 24 hours a day.

Go to your local Emergency Department

Emergency Departments are staffed 24 hours a day.  Nurses and physicians are there to support you during urgent situations.

Need someone to talk to?  The Warm Line offers non-emergency, non-crisis telephone support for people in the province who are living with mental health issues.  CHANNAL’s trained peer supporters are non-judgemental and have firsthand knowledge; “We understand because we’ve been there”.

  • Feel free to call us between 10:30 am and 10:30 pm (Labrador) and 11:00 am and 11:00 pm (Island), 7 days a week.
