Call now if you feel like you are unable to cope, are thinking about suicide or if you are unsure where to turn for help. The Mental Health Crisis Line is a free, confidential service for individuals, family and friends.  The crisis line is province-wide, 24 hours a day.

Call for support and information if you have been impacted by sexual violence. The crisis line is province-wide, 24 hours a day.

Go to your local Emergency Department

Emergency Departments are staffed 24 hours a day.  Nurses and physicians are there to support you during urgent situations.

Need someone to talk to?  The Warm Line offers non-emergency, non-crisis telephone support for people in the province who are living with mental health issues.  CHANNAL’s trained peer supporters are non-judgemental and have firsthand knowledge; “We understand because we’ve been there”.

  • Feel free to call us between 10:30 am and 10:30 pm (Labrador) and 11:00 am and 11:00 pm (Island), 7 days a week.
