Vaccinations for International Travel

Labrador-Grenfell Health offers immunization and travel health information/advice for residents of the region who travel outside of Canada. Individuals who travel to vacation destinations may be at risk for a number of vaccine preventable illnesses. For the latest travel health information and immunization recommendations, contact the nearest Public Health Office at least 4-6 weeks before your departure. A Public Health Nurse will:

• Review your immunization history and arrange recommended vaccinations.
• Provide necessary travel health information pertinent to your destinations(s).
• Discuss any health concerns based on where you plan to travel and what you plan to do.

Please be advised that a fee of $25 administration/search fee will apply for each individual.
