The Grenfell Foundation is a registered charitable organization created to support the work of Labrador-Grenfell Health. Funds raised are used for capital equipment, research and staff development, relating to the services that Labrador-Grenfell Health provides.

The Grenfell Foundation was established in 2002 to receive funds to be utilized towards the purchase of priority diagnostic medical equipment.  The Grenfell Foundation serves the Labrador-Grenfell Health region and includes three chapters:

  • South Chapter: serving the Northern Peninsula (north of Bartlett's
    Harbour) and Labrador South,
  • Labrador East Chapter: serving Lake Melville, the North Coast and Black Tickle, north to Nain, and
  • Labrador West Chapter, serving the Labrador West - Churchill Falls area.

Through the Grenfell Foundation, individuals, businesses, service clubs, and community organizations can help improve health care services in the region.
